GeoTerva does not use advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. It keeps your preferences, your work in progress and your sign-in in your browser's local storage, which is needed for the Service to work and which is never sent to us. One short-lived cookie is used while you sign in with Google. Cloudflare's privacy-focused statistics script measures visits in aggregate.
1. What is stored, and why
Local storage is a small store inside your browser, tied to this website. It is not sent to us with your requests. The items below are strictly necessary for the Service you asked for, or are a setting you chose, so they do not need a consent banner. You can delete all of them at any time (section 4).

2. Statistics and security
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate (pages viewed, where visitors came from, how fast pages load, approximate country, device and browser type). According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies or local storage for this and does not track people across websites. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs (such as the IP address of a request) for security and operation. See the Privacy Policy. If Cloudflare detects suspicious traffic it may set a security cookie to protect the Service.
3. Other services
The Service loads no advertising, no social-media widgets and no third-party fonts: the fonts are served from geoterva.com. If you choose "Continue with Google", your browser goes to Google's sign-in page, which sets its own cookies under Google's rules.
4. Your control
- To remove what the Service has kept, clear the site data for geoterva.com in your browser's settings (usually under Privacy and security, then Site settings or Cookies and site data). Your preferences, your work in progress and your account on that browser are then deleted, so save or export what you need first.
- If you block local storage altogether the modules still open, but your settings and your work are not kept and you cannot stay signed in.
- Signing out removes the sign-in from the browser; the account itself stays until you clear the site data.
5. Changes
If we add a feature that keeps something new in your browser, we update this page first. For people in Türkiye the Turkish version of this notice applies.
